Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made, removable alignment trays that gradually shift your teeth into the desired position. Because the trays are virtually invisible and can be removed while eating or brushing, they offer a discreet and comfortable alternative to traditional metal braces. Dental emergencies include severe toothache, a knocked-out or cracked tooth, a lost filling or crown, facial swelling, or any injury to the mouth. If you experience any of these, contact Toothfairy Dental Clinic as soon as possible — we offer emergency dental care to help you get out of pain quickly. In the case of a knocked-out tooth, keep it moist (in milk or between your cheek and gum) and get to us within the hour for the best chance of saving it.

For most patients, we recommend a check-up and professional cleaning every six months. However, some patients — such as those with a history of gum disease, high cavity risk, or ongoing orthodontic treatment — may benefit from more frequent visits. Dr. Lekota will create a customised hygiene plan tailored to your specific oral health needs. Early detection through regular visits is one of the most effective ways to prevent costly or complex treatment later.
